Yesterday we were surprised to see the information that bus 30 was out of operation when we needed to take it to get to Bellaggio. We had to take ferry instead but it gave us a great confusion

Buongiorno, vorrei fare un reclamo formale ad un autista dell’autobus linea 30. circa ieri 23/07/2023, tra le 19:30 e le 20:00, un autista con gli occhiali e i capelli scuri, non voleva portarci a Como. non solo è arrivato all’ora sbagliata, ma ci ha quasi investito, facendoci segno che non poteva portarci, quando c’era ancora posto sull’autobus. è una mancanza di rispetto verso il cittadino e una situazione rischiosa che abbiamo dovuto subire con mia moglie. posso fornire foto di questo, grazie.
Buongiorno, ci dispiace tantissimo leggere questo commento. Purtroppo sappiamo che negli ultimi tempi l’affluenza sul Lago di Como è aumentata molto e spesso possono esserci dei disservizi. Noi forniamo solo i link per ricevere trovare informazioni sui servizi di trasporto. Per questo vi suggeriamo di fare un reclamo ufficiale alla compagnia di bus (qui il link https://www.asfautolinee.it/it/asf-risponde) e magari segnalare questo problema agli uffici turistici preposti così che possano raccogliere quanti più feedback dai clienti. Ci dispiace ancora molto.
Hello, do the Bus timetables change in September?
Ciao Kim, yes it does (it follows the school timetable).
Anyway if they change they stay more or less similar. Probably the latest one is not as late as now.
My suggestion is to check the official website the last week of August.

Me and my wife have just decided to spend our golden wedding anniversary in Bellagio in May. As we are pensioners what would be your suggestion to choose travel from Malpensa airport to Bellagio, cheap and easy? Which hotel for 5 7 days with breakfast and kitchen to prepare own dishes? Is there a market place?
